<p>Jet lag has long been a problem particularly for people who frequently travel. Changes in the time zone are often the problem and having to adjust sleep, sometimes extending just to adjust to the actual time schedule of the region you may be is a problem. </p>
<p>Now reverting back to the regular sleeping schedule may become an issue. In fact, it can be health risk as the need to address how your body can take such is in question. With that in mind, studies have found a solution to ease the problems brought about by jet lag and it comes in the form of pine extracts called <strong>Pyncnogenol</strong>. </p>
<p>While Pyncnogenol has been known to reduce problems like swelling of the brain and blot clotting they have been found as related to jet lag issues. </p>

<p>For some movies like suspense and horror film, there would usually be an advice with regards to the allowable age as to who can watch them. Apparently, no sane parent would want his or her child watching these things, no matter how fictitious they may be or reincarnated the scenes are. But the real deal here is that it may continue to haunt them when they sleep. </p>
<p>We have always believed that our subconscious selves stem from what we experience or see. For kids, it is the same thing. Some may become terrified and develop trauma, especially if they sleep alone. In the course of their growth and development, it can become a bearing and is a burden that they would bring up to their elderly ages. </p>
<p>So as much as possible, avoid the gruesome movies for now for your kids. There is the right time to show it to them and apparently you, as a parent, would know when that right time would be.</p>

<p>One thing that can make people sleepy or easily irritated would be the presence of eye bags which can be the result of a late night, too little water or the natural aging process. Now as far as adults are concerned, it can be a drag especially if you want to avoid wanting to sleep practically all the time because of the heaviness that they bring. </p>
<p>One good thing to do is find ways to try and remedy them. Some have used vegetables like cucumber but tea can be a good cure as well. Drinking tea is one thing but after doing so, do not throw away the tea bags as you can actually apply them and place them on the area for curing. </p>
<p>If you don’t want to use these tea bags immediately, just store them in your ref and take them out when you have time to relax. Lay back at the most comfortable position possible, place the tea bags on the eyes with the puffy bags for 5 to 20 minutes or longer and you will notice the impact that they can bring in getting rid of those puffy eye bags you hate.</p>
